About KrestaCo

KrestaCo sells the hardware for making tea and coffee by hand. Kettles, grinders, infusers, brewers — the equipment, not the leaves or the beans.

Why a small catalog

There are thousands of gooseneck kettles for sale online, and most of the pages selling them will happily list all thousand. That isn't useful. If you already knew which one to buy, you wouldn't be reading a store page about it.

So we keep the catalog small on purpose. Each piece here is one we'd actually reach for, at a price that makes sense for what it does. When two products do the same job, we list the one we'd pick and skip the other.

How we choose what to stock

  • It has to do one job well. A kettle that pours precisely beats a kettle with eight buttons.
  • It has to be worth the price gap. If a $90 version isn't meaningfully better than a $35 one, we'll tell you what the difference is and let you decide.
  • It has to hold up. Brewing gear lives on a counter and gets used daily. Anything that feels disposable doesn't make the list.

Manual brewing, specifically

Everything here is for the hands-on side of the craft — pour-over, cold brew, loose leaf, hand grinding. There's no capsule machine and no automatic drip, because the appeal of doing it by hand is the part you control: the grind, the temperature, the pour rate, the steep time.

That's also why our product pages go into more detail than most. If you're buying a burr grinder over a blade grinder, the reason matters.

Where we ship from

KrestaCo is based in Tennessee, and orders ship from warehouses inside the United States. Details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Questions

If something here isn't clear — which kettle suits your setup, whether a grinder handles espresso, how a piece cleans — ask before you buy. The FAQ covers the common ones, and anything else can go through our contact page.
